Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

Due to seasonality, Canada Post, delivery dates are purely an estimate, and may be shorter than actual delivery times. All listed delivery times are NOT a guarantee.

Hippiestore.ca is not responsible for carrier delays or transit issues once an order has been accepted by the shipping provider. Packages showing no movement for fewer than 10 business days are considered in transit. Replacements or refunds will only be processed once an order is deemed lost by the carrier or has shown no tracking updates for at least 10 business days.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Once your order is placed, we are unable to make any changes or corrections to the shipping address.

Order modifications, exchanges, or item swaps cannot be made after an order has been submitted. Please ensure your cart and details are correct prior to checkout.

Package Intercept Requests: In limited cases, Elyxr may offer a package intercept service after an order has entered the shipping network. This service attempts to reroute, return, or stop delivery of a shipment already in transit and requires manual processing and a carrier intercept request. Intercepts are not guaranteed, may result in delivery delays, and not all orders are eligible. A $35 non-refundable intercept fee applies to approved requests and reflects carrier costs and operational handling time. Elyxr is not responsible for failed intercepts or carrier routing decisions, and if an intercept is unsuccessful, the package will continue to its original destination.
